Here are three sci-fi and sci-fantasy shows that should be brought back!
STARGATE

Stargate originally began as a 1994 film directed by Roland Emmerich, which later spawned three television shows, two direct to DVD movies and one web series. The final television series, Stargate: Universe went off the air in 2011, leaving many questions unanswered. Stargate fans have been hopeful for a revival for years, with there being almost constant rumours since recently. Whilst nothing has come to fruition yet, fans are constantly hopeful for any news.
STAR TREK DEEP SPACE NINE/ VOYAGER

Star Trek Deep Space Nine and Voyager were two Star Trek shows which aired during the 90s, taking place during the same era as Star Trek: The Next Generation. With the recent success of Star Trek: Picard, many fans, including myself, have been clamouring for another series that at the very least continues stories that were seen in Picard, and preferably includes more references to characters from DS9 and VOY than the cameos we received.
DIRK GENTLY'S HOLISTIC DETECTIVE AGENCY

Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency was based on the novels by Douglas Adams. It first aired in 2016 and was cancelled shortly after the second season finale aired in 2017. Following its cancellation, there was a major fan campaign launched to save it, with a petition gaining over 100,000 signatures. There were talks about an animated series going ahead, but news has slowed recently, particularly following the accusations of sexual assault and abuse levelled against producer Max Landis.
